This may probable be the last update for this blog till my o levels are over. Tons and tons of revision and homework! Okay, i'd better make this a good post then(:

School has been increasingly stringent on hygiene due to the outbreak of the H1N1 virus. Temperatures are taken twice daily and social distancing is expected in class. Now that's just plain paranoid, but still, the school must still constantly emphasize that the H1N1 is really dangerous. Hall and morning assemblies have been postponed and that is just great. No more standing in the sun or suffering in the under ventilated school hall. This is all thanks to the H1N1. Well swines, at least you're good for you're good for something else other than pork and bacon.

I'm staying single from now on. I just can't afford one now. Given my current situation, a girlfriend would prove highly time consuming. No offence of any sort, but some will understand.

My savings have all been used up all thanks to my failure to be thrifty. So i'm back to square one. Did i mention my mom is giving me some money if i get 10 points and below for me o levels.

I've just learned to develop my head voice last month and i think it is improving. Well, i still have 8 more years to brush my skills up. My parents have been extremely unsupportive of my plans but i am going to show them still. I am not intending to rely on my parents, like i have always done so. This are my baby steps i'm taking to reach my goal.

Adam Lambert should have won American Idol. The only reason he did not was because of the fact that he was gay. This really stereotypical view, in my opinion is really not something that has gone through much thought. Have you ever wondered why people still listen to Elton John when he's also a gay? Well, maybe they hae changed their views through the years, but i believe that Kris Allen won the competition through mass voting and having the votes of people who don't approve of a gay idol.

Oh yes, i have realised how tall the people in my class have become. I used to be in the rows at the back in the class photos but now, i'm in the middle row. The shortest person in my class is 1.65m and the tallest, 1.82m. All the more i must skip, i can't leave for the states with my current height of 1.74m.

Transformers, Revenge of The Fallen is a film that i advise transformers fans to watch. They have the most up to date graphics, showing what man is capable of doing in the world of 3D-animation. The movie was only rated half a star out of five. Honestly, the storyline of the movie was a little bit of a disappointment. The cast consisting of Josh Duhamel, Shia Labeouf, Megan Fox and rapper Tyrese was average. However, the graphics were not done really well, making the fight scenes looking like bits and chunks of metal squirming around. Michael Bay should have worked on the storyline.

I have caught several movies in the june holidays that include Monsters Vs. Aliens, Terminator Salvation and Night at The Museum 2. Monsters Vs. Aliens is a show only worthy of kids' enjoyment. The movie is predictable and however 3-D it may look like, there is not much of a difference from a norm. Terminator Salvation was a rather nice film, showing new cast members like Christian Bale as John Connor as he finds a way to destroy the terminators,. which have now ruled over the Earth. Night at The Museum 2 is a total waste of money. I have not watched the first instalment but i get the rough gist of it. I'm afraid the second instalment does not pack in so much punch and the laughter it provides are generally short-term.

I have stopped writing songs as i cannot find time to even play music. Not to mention my addiction to the computer whenever i'm free. My 'o' level art paper must be handed in soon and the stress is starting to kick in. Today is the first day i've got exposure to the sun as art usually requires me to stay back to do some work.

Anyways, i hope by the time the 'o' levels are over, the H1N1 situation would show more promising results than now. Oh yes, i'm still looking out for a drummer if anyone's interested. I get a feeling that the band's falling apart, maybe it's because of the time we have spent not playing music.

A lot of things have happened in these 2 months.

We have finished our second performance ever since starting the band officially this year

We are not looking for good looks or anything, just someone who knows the basics and some other stuff

I've changed my phone.

But it sucks as much.

My parents believe i am leaving them and they won't spend money on me.

I no longer have as much interest as before in Taylor Swift.

And yes, i am 16 officially from 30th of March

I've got 4 birthday presents so far(it's good enough)

I have met up with Mister Chye and he said i've improved a lot

My voice is suitable for mostly rock/alternative songs

I have reached a vocal range of 2 octaves without falsetto

I have started writing on a new song

Oh yes, i've finished writing two songs, 14th of February and Standing Strong.

I'm doing a mass improvisations on these songs

I quitted the special performance team for the Evoke your dream competition

My parents don't support me at all

I have less than 30 minutes to play guitar a day

The weather these days are hot, even at night

I have still not gotten John a birthday present

I can't think of what to buy for him

Hello, well, it's been a long time since i last updated. Well, for those who still bother to read my blog, ( i doubt anyone). Well, a lot has happened.

A lot of stuff has happened. Well, some about what i want to be when i grow up.

Oh ya, i've got an obsession with Taylor Swift. I think she's an awesome country/folk/pop singer. Well, i think she's a better lyricist than singer but well, she's good. Plus, she's pretty, to me.

I'm starting singing back from the basics. From the belly breath. Oh ya, before i forget, Happy lunar new year to all. I'm gonna practice vibrato starting from today, i'm not gonna do any very complicated vocal stuff. Now it's back to basics with using the diaphragm, trying out vibrato and well, find a good vocal coach.

Friday was quite interesting, went to jam with John and Sui guan and finished our song, but i think it ain't that good. Okay, well, look up youtube for our song, it's called still standing strong, soon. When we have time to record. haha. After that, met up with Felix, Hermann, Jervin, Yong Jia and together we waited for mister chye to arrive at swensens. We waited for around an hour and a half. He told me the pros and cons of being a singer and well, i'll take the biggest risk in my life.

SOrry everyone for not updating. Anyways school is gonna start soon. hate it! Done all your homework dudes and gals? HAHAAH!! Hope you all have. Anyways no worries if you all have not, o level exams won't require homework.

Anyways on 14th, i left for Hainan Island. Woke up at 3.45. Well, couldn't really sleep. Didn't sleep on the plane there. It wasn't my intention to go there, but since my dad had bought the tickets. Oh well, we went there on budget airline, Tiger airline, the only airline there.

The flight was 3 hours roughly. Like super bored, listening to my mp3 all the way. On the way down, the Geforce was too much for me to bare. My ears hurt a lot.


Okay, the food in most 'restaurants' in Hainan Island, was crap. It was always the same few dishes: omelette with tomato, Freshwater fish(YUCK), French beans. Oh yeah, one thing i should mention, the rice there tasted like crap. Cause instead of one harvest per year, the farmers in hainan island harvest their rice 3 times a year. NO idea how this affects the quality but it sucks.

The scenery was good. Very nice, most places.

Oh yeah, the toilets, besides the hotel toilets, were really horrible. Horrendous experience. There were some places that i personally enjoy. Oh yeah, the translation from chinese to english was horrendous. Really BAD.

Hainan Island has a lot of coconut trees. Everywhere you turn there's probably one in your sight. The people make use of every part of the cocunut. The flesh was used as chewy candy, the husk was used to make bags, and trust me, they're good at it.

Oh yeah, the pigeons there are all snow-white in colour! Very nice!!

The local food is always better than that of the 'restaurant'. Always worth a try, now, this is yummy!(:The KFC there is also well, pathetic, the people there don't eat spicy food, so there is no such thing as crispy chicken or chilli sauce. Look at the size of my pathetic ZINGER.

But the places of interest have a very very nice scenery. For example, the view of Hainan Island on the " Deer meets hunter" Hill. Simply picturesque.(:

Don't believe people if they say products from China are always cheap, cause you'll get a shock, just to prepare you if you do go there. It's only those places like Zhuhai that has it, super cheap. Btw, Zhuhai is in the mainland.

This is one from the park, some tourist park. Oh, this is thepark with the super big Guan Yin goddess that is located above the sea. HAHA!

Today was a fun day! Oh well, woke up at 9. After eating breakfast and reading the papers, i studied for a while then played a little guitar before heading out to meet Chara at 1.15.

Amazingly, she wasn't late! Okay, took a train to Dhoby Ghaut station and went to The Cathay. It was the nearest cinema/theatre which showed Bolt the movie on the 3D platform. Managed to get the tickets which were selling out fast. Bought some shihlin chicken and we didn't even eat it.

Okay, well, while enjoying the popcorn and the drinks, we watched the movie which was rather short, but as expected from Disney. Oh well, here's how the story goes...

Bolt is a dog made to believe that he has super powers and the director directing the series he acts in will want bolt to think that he is a super dog, having a super bark, heat vision, super fast speed and super strength, but he really ain't that much. But, he learns it the hard way. There is an episode where the evil bad guy with the green guy who likes cats kidnaps the owner, crap, i forgot her name. Oh well, he ventures off to the world when he realises that he must save her. Along the way, he meets Mitton and Rhino, oh well, won't want to spoil the story! HAHA!!

After that sat down and ate our chicken which had turned soggy, talked about maple since i'm the lamo that started playing again. Oh well, after that, walked around, went to Yamaha and Carrefour in Plaza Singapura.

After that headed home since she said her contacts made her eyes feel dry and she felt uncomfortable, so sent her home and then went home for dinner. Well, I'm intending on sleeping early. I'll be heading over to my aunt's house tomorrow. YAY!!

Hello. Just got back. Went out with my dad at 9.45pm. Went to see uncle William Lim perform at Singapore Sling at boat quay. Cool place. Tonnes of chicks. Well, my dad drove us to Hougang mall where we parked our car and then took mrt to clarke quay. Super fast!

Singapore Sling is at Block B for your information. Although the bar is kinda small. But well, it's still worth the trip. Uncle William Lim is the father of William Lim Jr. (expected). Well, William Lim jr. is the drummer of Singapore's very own, Electrico. Well, William Lim has a good voice, that's one thing i can say. Although he didn't do a very good impersonation of Ray Charles, or whatever his name. He has a typical Singaporean slang to his voice. Well, i prefer my songs to have that american slang. HAHAHA!! Okay, well, he was having a soar throat, yet he still drank cold water.

After the performance, we packed up the stuff and then headed for the toilet first. Well, on our way out, we met a woman, who was sitting right behind our table and she told William that his performance was good, then she told me i am gonna be the next star, then i thought maybe she mistook me for uncle William's son. Well, after uncle william told her that my father brought me to listen and enjoy music and that i have a passion for it. (: Well, she still said i was gonna make it big. HAHAH!!(: Oh well, happy dreaming for me. And in the meantime, i'm gonna try my best to make it big, bigger than Electrico.

After that, took uncle William's van back to hougang. Can't believe he says near me. Anyways something quite bugged me about what he said. I mean he told me to pursue my career in music and that my father should support me, but that's not what bugged me. He said singing is either you have it or not. Well, i personally, started singing at the age of 7. I remembered the first song i sung was Larger than Life by the Backstreet Boys. Okay, anyways back to what Mr Chye said. Anyways I only started singing professionally this year. There's a lot of things that can only be learnt through self discovery and professional help.

For example, mixed voice, although i am yet to learn it, but it's something that requires more on professional help. Falsetto, not many people know that air escapes more through the nose and not the mouth. Oh well, there's still much to say. Cause uncle william didn't do any warm up before singing. Anyways i still think he did a great great job.

Today is the first time i was a critic on someone's voice on a professional level of singing. And it's also the first time i drank whisky. Man, the after effects are gross. HAHA!! Oh well, i think i am going out tomorrow. Better sleep soon. And yeah, this experience has made me learn from uncle William's mistakes and flaws.

HEY HEY!!

Yesterday, Gerald became an assesment dummy. For the 'juniors' in Toni & Guy's Academy. Well, the Taiwanese guy wanted Gerald instead of me, because mine was too long. so well, i'm so glad i wasn't the one whose hair became screwed. Well, Gerald's hair now is super short and neat! He became a good boy! HAHA! Okay, well, the haircut lasted a hell long time.I waited for a very long time, around 1 hour 30 minutes. Well, i just hope Gerald likes it, i'll still accept him be it what haircut he gets!!

Anyways yesterday, we went to Bugis, Peninsula, Raffles Place. Like just walk around, Gerald bought a pair of bermudas from Flexor. I can't, i don't have the money.

Oh yeah oh yeah, I'm painting the house soon! which means i'll have money. HAHAHA!! Time to spend it on some stuff i have in mind. Oh yeah, well, emotionally quite confused. Only those very close to me will understand. Oh well, i'm not disclosing anything here. Okay, met Phoebe at Dhoby Ghaut yesterday too! Damn, i can say she's short. No offence if you see it. Today, was super bored!!! Like tuition it was Further Trigo Identities part 4. Really confusing but i think i understand. It's actually rather okay. Anyways Gerald's quitting tuition soon. Shit, left me alone again. At first Serena, now Gerald. Anyways i think i'm quitting soon!

Today, actually wanted to go out with Chara and Adelene, turned out they went out at around 3 onwards, collided with my tuition, wasted a hell lot of my time. Well, i met this indian guy whom no one wanted to help. So i helped him, he wanted to go to the toilet, so i instructed him. He thanked me later on. Oh well, met Gerald a little earlier for tuition, walked around.

Ate the Mega MAC! 4 patties of beef! Well, was VERY filling. And i can say, it's worth it. Around Carl's Junior's standard in terms of making someone full! Well, i think it's rather good, cause i personally love the big mac, so the MEGA MAC was super nice!! HAHA!!

Okay, back from dinner at Aston's. Super nice!!! I LOVE IT! HEHE, will bring some people there to enjoy next time!!
